The National Accounts Assistant will provide general support and assistance to National Account Managers, Director of Sales and all accounts in the Merchandise Channel and the Wholesale Channel.

What you'll do:

  • Maintaining, tracking, and analyzing sales data and running daily sales, weekly and seasonal reports
  • Managing orders, sales reports, inventory, calendars, and marketing content
  • Assisting in the preparation for account meetings - presentations, title research, gathering materials
  • Operational issues -tracking shipments for accounts and monitoring the progress of orders
  • Miscellaneous projects - assisting the team with various ad hoc projects.
  • Research and analysis as needed.

Ideal Experience/Education:

  • One year of publishing experience a plus
  • Interest in books preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
