Walter P Moore Technology is hiring a Project Manager with experience running IT Managed Service engagements for our clients. The successful candidate will work directly with the WPM Technology team and our clients in delivering a robust and comprehensive set of IT resources including end user provisioning and support, infrastructure planning, implementation and management, operational reporting, budget planning and project scheduling. You will be responsible for managing the relationship with our client and interfacing regularly with their executive team delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Superior customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills - fluent written/spoken English
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to prioritize issues and manage projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Experience managing multiple client engagements
- Able to work closely with clients to establish project goals, schedules and manage completion
- Success in maintaining project timeframes, budget and status reports
In addition to the above, experience/knowledge in the following is a strong plus:
- Engineering industry experience a plus
- Extensive knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
- Desired certifications: MCITP, GIAC
