Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to the group at Harlem Hospital Center. The Hospital is part of the NYC Health + Hospitals System (NYCHHC). Harlem Hospital Center is a designated Level 1 Trauma Center and is recognized for providing centers of excellence in the areas of Bariatric Surgery, Breast Imaging and Sexual Assault Forensics. Our teams provide services for nearly 213,000 outpatient visits, more than 83,000 emergency room visits and over 13,000 inpatient admissions annually.

GRANT FUNDED - HARLEM HOSPITAL CENTER, DEPARTMENT OF PEDIATRICS, FAMILY CARE CENTER is a hospital based multidisciplinary program that provides primarily outpatient psychosocial services- psychotherapy, case management, discharge planning, family assessment, interagency coordination, and supportive services to HIV/AIDS infected adults, adolescents/young adults.
The program is currently recruiting for a full-time Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC). Responsibilities will include comprehensive psychosocial assessments and making the appropriate referrals. Providing individual, group, and family psychotherapy will be important.
