Position Objective

The Assistant Account Manager is assigned to engage our customers and lead a team at a high-profile client location(s) is responsible for making sure staff provide professional customer-centric services for the people and the property they protect. Great opportunity for someone hands-on, wanting direct oversight and direction of a great operations team and a security and hospitality staff, fire life safety and support team of proven experience, drive and service desire.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Client interface to include customer satisfaction and operational readiness
  • Assist in monitoring and developing staff performance to include providing supervision, performance evaluations, training, scheduling and assigning work
  • Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents and write reports to ensure accuracy of necessary documentation
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests to resolve client issues in a timely, professional and efficient manner
  • Maintain up to date and accurate timekeeping systems and records for staff; perform scheduling functions
  • Perform duties as Security Officer as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Support and execute training to build a culture of performance excellence and personal growth. 
  • Lead proactive resolutions of client issues either personally or with a support team.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Associates Degree or equivalent law enforcement / public safety experience preferred
  • Minimum of two years supervisory experience required
  • Excellent communication, written skills, and computer skills preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive working relations with clients, employees, and other departments.

Compensation

Harvard Protection Services offers a competitive compensation of $23.00 hourly with health & welfare, dental, vision, life and long-term disability (LTD) insurance, and 401K Savings Plan.
