Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Physician Assistant to the Surgery/Urology group at Jacobi Medical Center/North Central Bronx Hospital. The Hospitals are part of the NYC Health + Hospitals System (NYCHHC). Jacobi is a 457-bed, Level I Trauma Center and NCB has 213 licensed beds.
The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with Albert Einstein Medical College to maintain its high healthcare delivery standards.

• Performing history and physical examinations
• Ordering diagnostic tests based on assessments
• Developing treatment plans
• Prescribing drugs and other therapies
• Making referrals as necessary
• Documenting findings in the electronic medical record
• Consulting with supervising medical provider when appropriate
• Counseling patients and families regarding care
• Reviewing and responding to referrals from within and outside the clinic
• Maintaining patient confidentiality

Salary Range: $120,000- $160,000
