Department purpose and structure
Allen & Overy has a market-leading U.S. leveraged finance practice with top-tier experience in all aspects of the US leveraged finance market, including syndicated loans, privately placed (or direct lending) loan facilities, high yield bond financings and investment grade debt. Our practice is supported by pre-eminent U.S. and global Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, Private Equity, Securitization and Restructuring teams. This collective expertise combined with in-depth sector insights, makes us one of very few firms with the ability to advise on state of the art and complex U.S. and cross-border leveraged finance transactions across the full spectrum of the capital structure, as well as on all types of "crossover" and emerging markets loan and bond transactions.
Role purpose
The Leveraged Finance paralegal is responsible for providing excellent client service, technical, and project support in accordance with A&O's best practices: This role works under the guidance of the Leveraged Finance partners as well as the US paralegal manager.

The annualized base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on the overall qualifications of the individual applicant for the position and other job-related factors permitted by law.
