Serving as Vice President of Marketing & Communications for Michael C. Fina's recognition division, Cord Himelstein has helped Michael C. Fina become one of the leading providers of employee recognition and incentive programs. Since 2007, Cord has been responsible for leading the company's strategic marketing initiatives and both internal and external communications efforts. He also works closely with customers to help them develop measurable workforce recognition strategies and create memorable experiences for their employees. Prior to joining Michael C. Fina, Cord held senior positions in the entertainment industry for more than 15 years, most recently with Elektra Entertainment and EMI Music Group.
