Centralized Title Services provides nationwide title, closing and settlement solutions for mortgage lenders. Matches deep industry knowledge and expertise with advanced technology to offer a full suite of services that can be designed to meet customer's specific requirements.

CTS Originations Operations supports real estate closing transactions by preparing documents for signing, performing compliance review of critical to disbursement documents and resolution of complex document defects.


Responsible for supporting real estate closing transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication with both internal and external customers including lenders, borrowers, notaries, vendors, attorneys and county offices. Utilizes working knowledge and expertise of mortgage loan documents and recording requirements at the various counties nationwide. Demonstrates basic technical aptitude and knowledge of systems and tools. Accountable for meeting hourly SLAs and time-sensitive production goals with accuracy and professionalism. Resolves closing issues that may impact signing and funding dates.

  • Compiles documents for closing package including preparation of Stewart Title documents, ATLA Settlement Statement, gathering of state specific forms, tax information and order payoffs
  • Identifies and resolves basic informational or clerical errors related to vesting, loan amount, payoff and taxes in a timely manner
  • Reviews loan documents for accuracy and completion to ensure CD balances with ALTA; follows up with lender if ATLA modifications are required
  • Calculates title fees, transfer taxes, recording fees and payoffs; identifies and escalates incorrect monetary amounts related to title premium discounts, payoffs and recording fees
  • May follow up with lender to requests missing documents or information
  • Responds to lender closing inquiries via inbox and/or integration system
  • Utilizes multiple sources including websites, government offices and/or other financial institutions to research, analyze and resolve basic issues
  • Performs daily pipeline management routines required to meet established SLA's
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
  • Typically requires 2 years of related work experience
