Job Description

We have great values, strong growth plans in place and a lot of ambition. The Service Workshop Technician will be responsible for delivering the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximises customer retention and increases profitability. This role is based our Royston Service Centre.

What you will accomplish together with us

  • Provide service and customer support with shared helpdesk duties.

  • Conduct repair, maintenance, and test tasks.

  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

  • Repair and maintain a wide range of Sartorius equipment.

  • Validate and commission equipment in a GMP environment.

  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.

  • Ensure timely and correct documentation of processes.

  • Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.

  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.

  • Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.

  • Build positive relationships with customers

What will convince us

  • A degree in a mechanical | electrical discipline or equivalent experience.

  • Good IT skills.

  • Proven service experience

  • Strong customer focus with great communication skills

  • Organisational skills, with ability to adapt to a dynamic schedule

  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment

  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules

  • Team spirit

  • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications

  • Good command of spoken and written English
