    Overview
    Summary
    FP&A Senior Analyst position will serve as primary financial business partner for business units totaling +$400M of revenue and be responsible for preparing ops review materials including financial results, variance analysis and benchmarking. Candidate must possess exceptional Excel skills and be comfortable collaborating across multiple departments. Senior Analyst must be able to provide timely, accurate financial reporting and insights/recommendations to drive margin expansion and profitability growth. Position will be an active participant in special projects and ad-hoc analysis with frequent interaction with Business Unit leads and senior management. Role will coordinate extensively with Accounting, Sales and Operations on planning, budgeting and forecasting. Analyst must be flexible and able to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions
    * Planning, budgeting and forecasting for business units including revenue, margins and EBITDA
    * Prepare monthly financial results and operations review packages for review with senior management
    * Monitor performance and provide actionable variance analysis to management
    * Provide decision support and ad-hoc analysis to management across product/segment profitability

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications
    * 4 year degree in Finance / Accounting or related field
    * 5 - 7 years finance experience including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
    * Superb Excel skills including developing forecast models
    * Strong understanding of GAAP
    * Strong written and verbal communication skills
    * Ability to work independently and collaborate with others

    Desired Qualifications
    * Master's Degree in Finance or Business Administration
    * Previous experience with Great Plains, FRX and Prophix
