    Axioma looking for an Executive Assistant to support our company’s CEO and other senior-level managers. This position is based in our New York office, but will interact with a geographically dispersed executive population on a daily basis. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time-management skills and be able to act independently. The ideal candidate will be professional, mature and discrete.

    Responsibilities
    • Act as the primary point of contact for global executives with employees, clients and external partners
    • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
    • Maintain executives' calendars and managing complex scheduling requests and frequent changes in multiple global locations
    • Make travel arrangements
    • Plan internal and external meeting and events on a global scale
    • Prepare expense reports including the management of receipts and online accounts
    • Gather, analyze and format information for internal and external commuication - memos, emails, PowerPoint presentations, board reporting, etc.
    • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
    Qualifications
    • Minimum 10-years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior Admin, or similar role
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Excellent MS Office knowledge
    • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
    • Strong expertise with office applications and technology
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience in a global organization preferred
    • Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish a plus
