The Process Transformation AVP will frame & develop commercial solutions to unlock business and client value. This is achieved by focusing on common enterprise process methodology, cohesive & consistent approach to business process design, rapidly framing high value opportunities, understanding the current and future risk environment, and integrating process solutions.
*Support the execution of the process optimization service offerings for Barclays Strategy & Corporate Development
*Learn and develop process optimization methods and techniques to identify opportunities to unlock value for process sponsors and stakeholders
*Support optimization reviews during compressed and extended time frames to achieve defined objectives for key stakeholders
*Manage conversations and interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract all required process information
*Create process documentation (maps and attributes) using industry recognized tooling
*Ensure outputs that are created by the team adhere to all applicable process related standards
*Apply continuous improvement mindset to all team activities by identifying waste and rework and corresponding solutions
*Responsible for the logistics of onsite and offsite process optimization services
*3 year of process optimization experience
*Financial Services industry experience preferred (either Retail banking, investment or corporate banking)
*Lean / Six Sigma experience
*Desirable to have interest in technology and / or design
*Process modelling experience
