    Overview

    The CX Transformation Specialist – Genesys (CXTS) is responsible for collaboratively working with the sales team to identify, quantify, develop and close Genesys opportunities for new customer and existing accounts.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions

    • Interacts with ConvergeOne’s largest customers and co-selling with the existing National Account Managers
    • Serves as resource by the ConvergeOne sales teams for their leadership in tough competitive situations while working with Genesys on joint opportunities
    • Partners with the ConvergeOne and Genesys sales team by providing deep CX transformation empowerment for clients
    • Influences decision makers with a consultative selling approach
    • Defines and communicates the economic benefits and value of Genesys solutions
    • Manages incoming work streams, prioritizes team work assignments, and ensures commitments are consistently achieved in alignment with deal strategy and processes
    • Partners with relevant ConvergeOne teams to ensure proposals and scopes of work are accurately prepared, tracked and managed
    • Leads, drives, grows, and provides direction for ConvergeOne’s Genesys business in the region
    • Manages a smooth handoff to the C1 delivery teams for all signed agreements
    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications

    • Ability to drive, engage, and interact at the highest levels of clients
    • Technical and business background by way of previous sales or presales experience
    • Undergraduate degree in business, IT, finance or experience and educational equivalent
    • Five plus years of cloud and premise CX sales experience (Genesys preferred)
    • Experience successfully closing CX deals
    • Well networked, proven successful track record, collaborative work style, and consultative selling experience
    • Ability to manage, track and grow the sales pipeline
    • Outstanding presentation skills (verbal and written) communication skills
    • Strong sales skills (verbal and written) presentation skills
    • Excellent internal and external communication skills
    • Creative and thought leadership skills
    • Has a continuous thirst for knowledge and is a perpetual learner
    • Takes initiative; identifies opportunities, qualifies opportunities and can develop, and execute, plans of action
    Additional Information

    Work Environment

    Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
