RTB SRE - Developer - BA4Whippany, NJ

Inthe you RTB Developer role you will operate as a critical part of the deliveryteam to ensure that resilience, stability and availability are built andoperated into the fabric of the application. You will support the delivery offunctional software to Production through the software development lifecycle. Activelyparticipate in the prioritization of solution improvements to meet the primaryobjective of 24x7 availability of applications. Embed site reliabilityengineering principles into the delivery lifecycle allowing the team to move toa "you build it you run it model".

Deliveryexecution of technology initiatives e.g. Cloud Migration / Agile Adoption,DevOps, Micro-services, APIs, Enhanced Resilience Technology resilience andCyber


What will you be doing?


  • As part of the SRE Delivery team the candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of the end to end solution.
  • Active participation in planning, quality and governance including benefits realization
  • Responsible for providing accurate, transparent and timely reporting to the CIO functions
  • As a valued member of the SRE Delivery team, provide organization wide thought leadership through personal impact to create engaged colleagues and teams
  • Build a culture of high trust, collaboration and engagement across the delivery team, embedding effective partnerships, and ensuring Operations and Technology realize opportunities and revenue through the SRE deliveries
  • Ensure that feedback and monitoring of the end to end solution are visible and action is taken proactively to prevent future failure
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills, with broad knowledge of complex technology landscape
  • Provide leadership and direction to the colleagues in your virtual delivery team supporting problem resolution of any critical issues
  • Review Change Records, Technical Implementation Plans and Release Documentation, providing feedback on improvements to the approaches where applicable


What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Scienceor equivalent work experience
  • 6 months to a year or more ofexperience using Java, Python, or C to build object-oriented solutions

    Able to demonstrate previous evidenceof drive, energy, commitment, and enthusiasm

    Ability to provide a world-classcustomer/client experience, underpinned by a lean cost base, strong controlsand a culture of collaboration, innovation and high performance.

    Understanding of the applicationSoftware Development Lifecycle and DevOps paradigm
