    Overview

    • Collaborates with Regional Sales Directors, Field Account Managers, to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
    • Establishes and maintains an ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers
    • Provides excellent Customer Service by responding to information requests, troubleshooting account issues or order management issues
    • Interacts with existing customers, primarily by phone and email, generate sales quotations, and place sales orders
    • Provides high level administrative support to Field Account Managers(s)
    • Completes Customer Order Management, including: working with the Purchasing & Customers Service Teams for order placement and tracking, corresponding with the Logistics Team and Project Managers for order shipment and/or staging orders, and daily communication with the customer throughout the order and delivery process
    • Provides excellent Customer Service by responding to information requests, troubleshooting account issues or order management issues
    • Assists in creating RFP responses to potential clients
    • Submits Deal Registration to Manufacturers
    • Manages Deployment Orders

    Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities

    • Meet customers to maintain good relationship
    • If lead; assist Inside Sales Manager in training new inside sales members and assist in managing during the absence of Inside Sales Manager
    Responsibilities

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a related field; sales, administrative, and/or customer service field is preferred.
    • Excellent knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Must have the ability to absorb technical information and execute
    • Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-motivated, with high energy. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
    • Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
    • Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
    • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent

    Desired/Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business related subject preferred

    Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
