Job Description

We are looking for a Marcom Program Leader at Agfa Radiology Solutions. Thisis a key role that creates, drives, and supports demand generation and thought leadership activities for both growth programs and new product launches.

The person in this position proactively collaborates with Agfa colleagues, vendors, and customers to bring our message to life with new and energizing ideas, tools, and campaigns that are exquisitely executed.

The position is responsible for driving the development of marketing collateral/newsletter/press releases, social media programs, and marketing campaigns. Project management of many online and offline marcom programs using marcom best practices is also part of this role.

The Marcom Program Leader at Agfa Radiology Solutions will be responsible for the development and execution of the annual marcom plan and budget focused on demand generation and thought leadership to support both growth programs and new product launches.

Deliverables include:

  • Annual detailed marcom plan and budget (including tradeshows, tradeshow speaker opportunities and deadlines, publication ad placement opportunities and deadlines, HQ and regional campaign execution, and marketing programs)
  • Regional execution of headquarters branding and new product launch campaigns
  • Tradeshow plans, budgets, execution and follow-up
  • Evaluating/on-boarding/managing agency interfaces including joint project plans, budgets, and meetings
  • Coordinating and producing internal events such as biweekly commercial team calls and annual business-wide meetings
  • Lead management, quality, tracking, and reporting
  • Digital marketing plans and digital analytics (included development and execution of the annual social media content calendar for the region)
  • Conducting and reporting on internal and external event and program surveys
  • Collateral creation as needed
  • Internal and external communication
  • Ability to travel, 10-25% per month. May include international travel.


  • BA or BS
  • 5+ years of Marketing Communications experience in a B2B environment
  • Healthcare industry experience a plus
  • Current in digital marketing trends


  • 5+ years of Marketing Communications experience in a B2B environment
  • Proven and consistent quality writing and communication abilities are required, along with good basic deadline-driven project management skills and familiarity with social media and digital marketing
  • Familiarity with healthcare is a plus

  • Software including: CRM, marketing automation, content management, and email marketing software
