The facility has been a solid financial performer since its establishment in 1997. We employ a multilingual workforce over a two shift, five day per week schedule. Rockline is proud to be the leading producer of retail and commercial coffee filters in North America.

The Electrical Maintenance Tech contributes to the general maintenance of the plant in keeping manufacturing equipment and the facility in optimum operating condition. This position will support Operations through exhibited knowledge of mechanics, preventive and predictive maintenance, machine shop practices, mechanical systems operation, and equipment installations and modifications.

All duties must be performed in a manner that meets quality and productivity objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • PROMOTE AND PROVIDE A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL ROCKLINE ASSOCIATES.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to Rockline's RRITE values of Renew, Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Excellence.
  • Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Support World-Class manufacturing effort by providing timely maintenance assistance to all Rockline departments, as needed. Support production and facility improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and repair all machinery and process related deficiencies using electrical/mechanical skills. This includes performing general maintenance duties to encompass all facility related equipment.
  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair production equipment such as: press, baggers, sealers, conveyors, printers. Ensures their proper care, use, and storage.
  • Preventive Maintenance and repairs: manufacturing support equipment: air compressors, boilers, fans, pumps.
  • Maintain and update required record and filing systems as required, update information about replenishing parts and supplies inventory.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A proven, excellent safety and attendance record.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in maintenance procedures and shop practices or technical trade school graduate.
  • Practical knowledge of utilities equipment and the use of power tools in manufacturing.
  • Experienced and knowledgeable of manufacturing support systems, steam, hydraulics, pneumatics, heating and cooling. Experienced in industrial electrical troubleshooting.
  • Basic electronic troubleshooting and basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Work Order program for equipment and machinery.
  • Knowledge of cGMPs and OSHA regulations.
  • Must be available to work overtime
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work at heights up to 30 ft. when necessary
Qualifications

Experience
3+ years' experience in maintenance procedures and shop practices. (required)
