Job Description

The Web Manager will oversee the centralized governance of the Company's websites and the content management process, working cross functionally to develop best-in-class digital storytelling aligned with IFF's purpose, business goals and core values.

As a member of the communications team's digital group, this individual's primary responsibilities will include establishing the Company's web governance policy and overseeing the development of web-related projects, including day-to-day content creation, tag management and maintaining the platform's asset library.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement website governance and develop and maintain website content, including continuous content migrations and upgrades (landing pages, microsites)
  • Responsible for evaluation and enhancement including accessibility, user experience, search optimization, content quality and brand consistency
  • Facilitate marketing automation integration and digital marketing campaigns
  • Analyze, report and interpret metrics and implement strategies to grow web presence and audience
  • Work closely with a broad set of stakeholders to provide strategic counsel on best practices, emerging technologies and optimizing performance
  • Nurture digital transformation and a digital excellence mindset
Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); experience with Drupal and content management systems; knowledge of W3C Web standards, Privacy and GDPR, SEO, Google Analytics, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, and other best web practices.
  • Excellent communicator with strong writing, analytical, problem solving and project management skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to foster strong collaborative relationships and partner both with internal stakeholders and external agencies
