Job Description

SHIFT: 6AM - 2:30PM

Job Responsibilities:

* Plan, develop and coordinate shipment pickup & delivery

  • Ensure all required materials are properly received, stored, inventoried, etc.
  • Communicate with US Customs, customers, brokers, account managers on all shipment pick up and deliveries.
  • Conduct physical inventory in accordance to schedules and prepare all perpetual inventory sheets.
  • Monitor and control warehouse documents of all VSIE and internal inventories closing all documentation.
  • Ensures proper, safe and clean operation
  • Communicates all warehouse related matters to shift personnel.
  • Any additional duties assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

* Must have knowledge of US Customs regulations

* Related warehouse and inventory experience a plus

  • Must be reliable and professional
  • Able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
  • Able to work with others as a team player and efficiently direct a team
  • Able to understand, read, communicate and write English
  • Able to work in a fast passed demanding environment.
  • Basic math skills required
  • Computer literate - Word, Excel
  • Lead or supervisor experience a plus
