The team you'll be part of

The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.We're looking for an entry-level project manager to manage the operations of the New York offices including resources and services needed for the location operations.

What you will learn and contribute to
We're looking for someone who can identify what needs to be done with minimal direct supervision, plan and direct the execution of activities, and set up systems to make operations efficient and seamless. Our ideal candidate is ambitious, self-directed, tenacious, and adept at creating structure and order. Of particular importance to us are the ability and desire to learn, work with other project managers and drive projects to completion with similarly motivated people.
Your skills and experience
* Bachelor's Degree
* 2+ years experience with budgeting, managing vendor relationships, contract management, and building and facility maintenance
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
* Project Management experience and Microsoft Project a definite plus
* Ability to interface and work effectively with all levels of management and other team members with strong attention to detail
* Self-starting abilities to self-manage workloads and drive deadlines, drive cost and operational efficiencies and be proactive to reach issue resolution
* Good judgment and strong communication skills
