As part of this growth, we are pleased to announce a new Finance Business Partner position within our Finance Team at Royston.

What you will accomplish together with us

  • Work closely with department heads to develop the budgets, and re-forecasts.

  • Provide accurate and timely financial and management reporting, including analysis of variances against budget to cost centre owners, department heads, and other stakeholders, for the review and monitoring of financial performance.

  • Build analytics and work with the Sales Managers to understand gross margin performance.

  • Work with the Financial Accounting team to complete the month end close and subsequent commentaries.

  • Provide financial assistance and administrative support for cost centre owners and Sales Managers for the assigned Sartorius entities.

  • Work closely with Group Controlling teams to learn best practise and ensure results and requirements are fully understood.

  • Support the Financial Accounting team on statutory reporting requirements around the Annual Financial Audit and other statutory reporting.

What will convince us

  • Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA|ACCA|ACA)

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar is a plus.

  • Good excel skills including Lookups, Pivot Tables, SUMIF.

  • Team work plus good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work to deadlines.
