We're hiring full-time Customer Service Reps for INBOUND phone and emailsupport across multiple shifts! You will report to a Supervisor, Customer Experience. Join our team at 100 Grainger Parkway, Lake Forest, IL 60045.
Pay and Shifts
$1,000 Sign-on Bonus
*Bonus paid in three installments of $200 at 60 days, $300 at 120 days, and $500at 180 days. Team members must be employed at the time of payout. Bonuses offered for a limited time only; additional terms and conditions may apply.

New team members completea 7-week training programand yourfirst 3.5 days will be in our officeand then work from home. You will continue to work from home until further notice. Once a return-to-work plan is established for this facility, you will be provided advanced notice to make arrangements for returning to work on-site.
