What you bring

  • Advanced degree, Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is required.

  • At least 3-5 years of administrative experience in commercial real estate, inclusive of general administrative, marketing duties and client interaction.

  • Advanced and proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, InDesign, Salesforce and Internet programs

  • Strong ability to multi-task with multiple projects and meet deadlines in a very fast, timeline sensitive work environment

  • Strong communication, organizational, time management, proof reading and multi-tasking skills.

  • Strong organizational, creativity, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills

 

Bonus skills and experience

  • New Jersey Real Estate license is a plus, but not a requirement

 

What success looks like

  • You have the experience bringing new and creative ideas to the team and constantly push yourself to think outside of the box.

  • You are confident in your ability to support a team of commercial real estate advisors, through preparing/updating reports, database management, creating and coordinating with other teammates and resources, and managing dialogue/expectations of clients, coordinating mass email and social media blast.

  • You bring experience in creating/ formatting proposals, presentations, correspondence, RFP’s, RFI’s, LOI’s using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

  • You are confident in your ability to create/ prepare content for proposals through conducting research, preparing surveys, comparative analysis, lease documents, etc.  

  • You are familiar and experienced in using a database management system, including updating internally/ externally, tracking and processing transactions, etc.

  • You will act as point of contact and liaison with centralized marketing, analysis, and research groups to coordinate the completion and submission of financial, marketing, and various client specific property data to incorporate into customized property information

  • You will work closely with the centralized Research Department and other internal groups to compile research information for meetings, pitches and presentations including but not limited to market trends, demographic, zoning, real estate tax information, CoStar surveys, etc.

  • You are responsible for creating, proofing, and editing the content of marketing materials including presentations, offering memoranda, tour books, proposals, flyers, floor plans, brochures, stacking plans, maps/aerials, case studies, email blasts, announcements, etc. utilizing corporate standard templates

  • You will run reports from 3rd party resources, such as, Costar, RCA, TREPP as requested and needed

  • You will maintain and manage the timelines and required follow-up for projects including new business development projects and intercompany referrals on behalf of the team
