As the Services Technician, you will be responsible for delivering the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
What you will accomplish together with us:
Provide service and customer support during field and inhouse visits or dispatches
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
Perform metrological checks of customer instrumentation
Performing software upgrades and modifications on new orders as needed
Repairing /evaluating customer equipment as well as demo/returns,
Maintaining accurate repair records
Preparing repair estimates
Follow and understand ISO 9000 quality system.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Ensure the timely and correct documentation of processes
Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings
Contact customers concerning processes of the customer file
Work with Service Administrative team to ensure customer satisfaction
Adapt to a variety of roles and products. Calibration, Repair, Technical support
What will convince us:
Technical degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, physical measurements or related field
Ability to troubleshoot, test & repair electromechanical devices to original manufacture specifications.
Must also be able to legibly document all repair work, and prep unit for shipment back to customer.
Computer literate with familiarity of Windows based software, w/ ability to learn and understand diagnostic software.
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
