About the Position

At our locations, General Managers are responsible for the direct oversight of the transit systems we operate. More specifically, it is up to them to ensure we maintain safe and reliable transportation in the communities we serve by effective employee leadership and client relations. Our location in Gloucester is looking for a General Manager who is interested in "leading from the front".

• The most successful General Managers in our organization have a unique ability to balance and attend to the needs of our Employees, Client, and Operation simultaneously.
• They also have the skillsets that allow them to organize and prepare financial data one moment, and mentor and train our companies future leaders the next.

Qualifications

• Management in the Transit industry preferred. This location is looking for a General Manager who can hit the ground running!
• Demonstrated experience of consistently meeting KPIs
• Experience in successfully working with and managing both internal and external stakeholders.
