Facility Maintenance Technician

Starting Pay $20/hour or higher depending on experience

The Facility Maintenance Technician will be performing preventative maintenance on shop equipment, facility plumbing, and overseeing environmental cleanouts. Normal hours will be Monday through Friday between 7 AM to 4 PM but can vary based on business needs. Schedule: Must be open to work either 1st Shift or 2nd Shift.

Facilities Maintenance Technician Key Job Responsibilities:

• Paint, remodel, refurbish areas as needed
• Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities
• Change of all filters for HVAC as required
• Change light bulbs, interior and exterior, as needed
• On call maintenance for all facilities, 24/7
• Maintain exterior property

Facilities Maintenance Technician Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions:

• Ability to push/lift 75 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders
• Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may require
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
• Working in high noise levels requiring hearing protection
• Working around lubricants, solvents, batteries, cleaning fluids, paints
