Our Circuit Supervisor will assist General Manager operations and oversee shift functions of Bus Operators and Customer Service-Passenger Assistant Representatives. Responsibilities include insuring the safe, efficient and customer service oriented service and operation of the circuit.

Major responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated ability and desire to operate and conduct self in a safe manner,
    courteous to co-workers, passengers, etc.
  • Initiates diversion or control in the event of service disruption
  • Assures that all required service levels are met utilizing existing policies and
    procedures
  • Initiates diversion or control in the event of service disruption
  • Ensures that Operators and Customer Service-Passenger Assistant Representatives
    are performing assigned duties correctly and safely and that they meet all job related
    specifications
  • Liaise with clients, peace officers, airport officials in regards to emergencies when
    necessary
  • Reports to Management any emergency and its severity as required
  • Monitors service through visual observations and time checks, initiating corrective
    actions when necessary
  • Prepares and documents a variety of daily reports, and maintains accurate records
    for re-call of events
  • Coaches and mentors Bus Operators and Customer Service Representatives in their
    daily duties
  • Light use of computer(s) and common Microsoft programs
  • Ability and willingness to operate as a Bus Operator while performing duties of Operations Supervisors

List examples of common decisions made everyday:

Assess Staff & Bus Operator physical & mental ability to operate/work. Safe and efficient
routing and operation of vehicles through the established (and provisional) bus route(s).
Orchestrate the movement of buses to meet service demands.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Rental Car Shuttle Service Operations experience of 6 months or more preferred
  • Perform all duties of a Bus Operator as per Bus Operator Job Description
  • Must maintain a valid Class A or B (with "P" endorsement) Commercial Driver's
  • License with appropriate endorsements.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communications in the English language
  • Clear communications utilizing two-way radios and cell phones
  • Airport Shuttle experience desired
  • CDL, Class B Passenger & Airbrakes

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

  • Outdoors/Indoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work assigned shift(s) in a 24/7/365 setting.
  • Occasional out of town travel for training and/or support of similar operations
  • Shift is 3 overnights and 2 evenings.
