Internship Program

Macro's internship program gives an extensive, collaborative and meaningful experience of working in project management. Our internship program provides a hands on and experiential learning approach with the opportunity to learn about all aspects of project management. Our interns have the opportunity to work in an environment that fosters career development while working with our project teams to ensure that every aspect of a project is being addressed and managed efficiently.

Responsibilities:

* Support the project team with all project tasks and deliverables
* Provide coordination, documentation and high level project planning.
* Coordinate the logistics of both internal and external meetings
* Organize and assemble materials for meetings
* Communicate clearly and assertively
* Anticipate problems and find immediate solutions

Requirements:

* Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's with a focus on Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
* Willingness to learn and curiosity about Project Management
* Strong attention to detail and protocols
* Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent command of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
* Familiarity with Smartsheets and MS Project is a plus.
* Travel may be required
