Company Description

We are leading provider of investigation and inspection services to the Federal Government. ISN's network of 1,800 highly trained and credentialed investigative professionals allows ISN to address geographically-diverse requirements skillfully. Our investigators are within 2 hours of any investigative assignment within the Continental 48 states.

Job Description

ISN is looking for an Assistant Project Manager (PM) to support a national call center that plays a pivotal role in locating migrant and migrating children and helping potential sponsors navigate the family reunification process. Additionally, the call center provides community resources and assistance with linking unaccompanied children to assistance as needed upon release from a care provider. Finally, the call center is an avenue to report allegations of sexual abuse and sexual harassment and to provide child welfare community based referrals, post release service referrals, crisis intervention, and safety planning. The APM will be the secondary point of contact for Government staff and will support the Program Manager with respect to staffing, management, and reporting. Based on direction from the PM, the Assistant Project Manager will direct work priorities to maintain a professionally managed program. The Assistant Project Manager will support compliance with the Contract, Government requirements, timely performance of tasks and deliverables, and training needs.

The APM must have a high level of expertise in child welfare, trauma-informed care, and serving immigrant youth and families at the management level. Experience working with immigrant youth and families and underserved populations are strongly preferred. Bilingual capabilities are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

The APM must have a Master's degree in social work (MSW) and 5 years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience working with youth and trauma-informed care; or a Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or other relevant behavioral science in which clinical training and experience is a program requirement. Licensure and supervisory experience are required.

Additional Information

This is a Hybrid role and we are planning to open office as per the availability of staff for the call enter process.
