Provides direct patient care services such as assisting patients during activities of daily `living such as eating, bathing, ambulating, and eliminating. Obtains and documents vital signs and specimens as required.

Education, Training & Experience:
*High School Graduate or equivalent with vocational/technical training preferred.

*Effective English communication skills, both written and oral.

*Graduate of State Certified Program or 1 year clinical experience as a nursing student/foreign graduate nurse.

*Basic Life Support (BLS) required - the American Heart Association or the Red Cross only.
