We are seeking to fill multiple roles across our technology groups with Senior Product Managers. These roles are based out of our New York, NY, Pittsburgh, PA, and Lake Mary, FL offices (hybrid).

The ideal candidate must have significant financial services experience within the banking industry, specifically in one or both of the following domains:

  • Structured Debt: Asset-back securities, collateral debt OR
  • Credit Services: Securities-backed Lending, Credit Solutions OR
  • Treasury Services: Liquidities Management, Trade Finance and Processing, Clearing and Settlement

You will have an impact in following ways:
* Develops and executes a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives, prioritizes initiatives, goal-setting, and creates the evaluation criteria to ensure successful delivery
* Understands the client's needs and objectives, is able to introduce new ways of working, being productive, and soliciting feedback
* Works closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. UX, Engineering, and Business groups) to define criteria
* Drives product innovation by keeping up-to-date with industry trends
* Defines product metrics, measures performance, and uses data to inform product decisions.
* Manages a team of Product Owners and/or scrum teams

BNY Mellon assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $111,000 and $180,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNYM total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
