JOB TITLE: Digital Media Analyst

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.

Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.

Two or more years of relevant work experience.

Marketer/agency/consultative services experience in programmatic and search media strategy & investment.

Experience in all self-serve programmatic channels (display, video, social, dOOH, audio, native).

Hands-on-keyboard experience with media planning technology platforms (i.e Media Ocean, Hudson MX, Prisma)

Proficient in Google Suite, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Tableau

DESIRED SKILLS: Best to use bullet points and the same basic format as the previous section. A degree in marketing or related field. Two or more years of relevant work experience in programmatic and/or paid social media.

Ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders, and influence across divisions, departments, and teams.

Knowledge of advertising channels across TV, audio, OOH, Display (desktop, mobile), Digital Video and Social Media.

Comfortable working with large data-sets and databases.

Skilled at pulling reports and analyzing data for trends.

Experience with media buying and media accounting solutions (Media Ocean HudsonMX, Prisma)

Experience with ad servers and trafficking (Campaign Manager, Innovid)

Strong attention to detail.

JOB DUTIES: As a member of Telecommunication s Media Investment Team, you will be responsible for supporting programmatic & paid social media execution and optimization across all inventory types to achieve brand and business objectives. You will aid in cross-channel media planning and reporting.

Inputting buys in our billing system

Support reconciliation of media buys and invoicing ensuring compliance is adhered to

Pacing, ad hoc reporting, media plan actualizations, etc.

Partnering closely with other Digital Media team members (Consumer, Brand, Business, Search, Social, and Analytics)

Assists general workflows to ensure that projects are correctly managed end to end, on time and budget.

Manages expectations with stakeholders and departmental teams and negotiates timelines and budgets

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: A degree in marketing or related field.

LOGISTICS: Hybrid: Weekly in office on Tuesday-Wednesday, Remote Monday, Thursday and Friday. Hours 9-5 daily
