ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Drive forklift
  2. Assist in receipt and storage of incoming and outgoing materials
  3. Read and understand Bill of Ladings and ST/OT paperwork.
  4. Must be proficient with Scan gun and JDE System.
  5. Must be able to maintain an outstanding attendance record.
  6. Inventory/Transaction Accuracy is required.
  7. Assist with cycle counts
  8. Inspect trucks for all loads entering.
  9. Responsible for wrapping and movement of finished goods.
  10. Responsible for dumping trash and keeping warehouse space clean.

Required Skills:

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good math and communication skills
  • Motivated and self-starter
  • Work with speed and accuracy with little supervision
  • Must be able to follow instructions well
  • Must be well organized
  • Must be able to work a 12 hours shift
  • Must be able to pass functional capacity exam to lift 50lbs and pust/pull 75lbs

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or GED, required. 1 - 2 years warehouse experience preferred, plus experience in warehouse functions of JDE, and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, preferred. Must be organized and able to multi-task and solve issues in a timely manner. Must be able to work with speed in a fast-paced environment and with accuracy. Must be able to follow instructions.

PHYSICAL AND REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Must be able to communicate face-to-face and over the phone
  2. Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
  3. Frequent standing, bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing, on and off the forklift, pushing/pulling and reaching.
  4. Repetitive hand and foot movement.
  5. Work environment includes occasional noise >85db, hot and cold temperatures and some fumes/odors.
  6. Requires good visual acuity with depth perception and color vision.
