Posting Summary | The Organizational Psychology degree program within the Department of Applied Psychology at Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP), created the Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations (CREIO). The mission of CREIO is to advance research and practice of emotional and social intelligence in organizations through the generation and exchange of knowledge. CREIO was founded in the spring of 1996 with the initial mandate to study all that is known about emotional intelligence in the workplace. This position is to direct CREIO and ensure that the mission is accomplished, as well as the development of innovative ideas for the application and research of emotional intelligence in organizations including evidenced-based theory, assessment, application, and best practices. |
