| Minimum Education and Experience | An RU-FIT Advisor is a University employee who has extensive experience in international student advising and/or teaching and understands the unique challenges faced by international students. The Advisor will be experienced in developing and executing pedagogical practices and strategies to address the needs of international students. Advisors serve as educators, resources, and representatives of various schools and units at Rutgers. Advisors will work very closely with their undergraduate peer leaders to create dynamic learning opportunities for their students. |
