Job Overview:

The Clerk oversees the daily operations of the front desk in the main lobby.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School Diploma

Preferred:

  • Three to Five years in patient relations or similar background

Certifications and Licenses Required:

  • N/A

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Shift can vary from 9:00am 5:30pm, or 10:30am 7:00pm when covering the main lobby front desk
  • Weekend and Holiday rotations
  • Per Diem

Essential Functions:

  • Assists those calling in by providing appropriate and accurate patient
  • Assure a neat and clean main lobby environment and initiates corrective
  • Assures that the professional visitor identification policy is adhered to
  • Coordinates patient information inquiries using telephone
