About the Client Intelligence Team

Our Client Intelligence Team supports our Global Coverage Division. The Client Intelligence Team is a high performing team. The Coverage Support Specialist is responsible for the full lifecycle of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. As part of a collaborative team, you will exercise strict adherence to customer specifications while remaining consistent with the Company's policies.

The Specialist will manage the research, development, maintenance, and approval of US Proposals (DDQ & RFPs) to support the Coverage division. This function will be a member of the Global Client Intelligence team, dedicated to the DWS Alternatives product suite for liquid and illiquid investments in the Americas

Role Details

As a Coverage Support Specialist, you will:

  • Write, edit, organize and package responses to Requests for Proposal, in compliance with detailed client requirements on stringent deadlines
  • Act as Project Manager through the entire RFP process
  • Maintain and update RFP responses in content database
  • Accurate tracking of team workflow through Salesforce
  • Ensure that all relevant processes are followed as required, proposal is delivered on time, arranging, and managing courier services or uploads, and lead or facilitate those meetings as required
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail that can present information / materials in a professional manner, following stated design templates and guidelines
  • The ability to deal with large volumes of work and to prioritize workload
  • Interact with a variety of people in all areas of the organization, from technical staff to executive staff

We are looking for:

  • Minimum 1-3 years in asset management is strongly desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project and PowerPoint applications preferred.
  • Existing knowledge and interest in Asset Management industry and familiarity with industry jargon
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management & time management skills
  • University Degree mandatory

Licenses Required/Preferred:

  • Successful candidates willing to be FINRA licensed in the future
