Job Description

The Tour Coordinator will provide support to the Directors of Tour Merchandise and VP of Tour while working closely with supply chain, the creative and design team, artist management, tour personnel, and venue staff in order to help project and produce merchandise for sale at live events.

What you'll do:
  • Manage atVenu touring set up. Build out tour legs, enter products and images, maintain shipments, keep electronic warehouses up to date.
  • Coordinate and track shipments of merchandise to tour locations. Generate Fed Ex labels for tour shipments, samples and customer service issues.
  • Support Tour Directors in managing open venue receivables and open settlements.
  • Maintain artist schedule in shared doc.
  • Support Tour Directors in managing expense reporting and invoices for road staff.
  • General support to tour and road staff.

The anticipated annual base salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
California Pay Range
$45,000-$55,000 USD
