Job Summary: This position will play a key role in the growth of our Tommy Hilfiger Watches and Jewelry business, directly reporting to the Brand President and managing a team of Marketing Managers and Coordinators. This job has an international scope and operates in a fast-paced environment. The main priority of the VP of Marketing is to assure the proper scope and execution of marketing programs, conciliating global strategic priorities with local tactical plans.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Global Marketing Strategy for Tommy Hilfiger watches and jewelry, partnering with local teams and parent brand to assure properly assets development, media allocation and excellence in execution.
  • Direct all creative marketing concept development and approval, and final execution of brand visual merchandising projects (including packaging, collateral printed materials, display units, shop-in-shop retail concept, and showrooms).
  • Expense budgets, profit plans - including managing Tommy Hilfiger Brand budget and assuming co-responsibility for Brand profit plans, monitoring monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of plans versus budgets
  • Direct the development and final execution of Tommy Hilfiger Watches and Jewelry Brand public relations activities, including events, sponsorships, press product reviews, information releases and product placement in entertainment and editorial vehicles.
  • Oversee the global purchase of point of sales displays (spring/summer and fall/winter), working closely with regions and finance to properly dimension demand and track development/implementation.
  • Oversee the local strategies and executions in all regions around the globe (subsidiaries and distributors), connecting with local marketing and sales teams in order to assure right prioritization and compliance with global brand strategy and guidelines.
  • Lead and manage the activities of the Marketing Managers, Marketing Coordinators, and marketing shared services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field,
  • At least 10 years of experience in related position, ideally including:

1. Fashion Accessories, Luxury, Fragrance, Beauty

2. Managing and marketing licensed brands in an international environment (EMEA/LATAM).

3. Bilingual proficiency is a plus

4. Budget management and ownership over multiple areas including media, events, Public Relations, and product placement.

5. Channel marketing in the watch, jewelry, or accessories industry, managing programs for both department stores and independent retailers.
