Job Description
As the Production Planner, you will be responsible for implementing the planning strategies within operations. In this role, you will oversee the review and capture of the planning processes and procedures in line with the company quality system. The goal is to oversee the facilitation of new product introductions from project BETA phase to fully integrating the product into operations, ensuring on time to marketplace and without shortages.

This is an onsite position in Marlborough, MA.

What you will accomplish together with us:

  • You will be responsible for planning and dispatching production tasks.
  • Ensure fault-free and optimized supply of final product.
  • Use your knowledge and abilities to guarantee compliance with delivery dates through continuous monitoring and reporting of your internal department's indexes.
  • Monitoring of inventory levels.
  • You will act as an interface in the supply chain process and work closely with upstream and downstream areas.
  • Oversee the data maintenance via Excel.
  • You will have the ability to collaborate on a variety of projects.

What will convince us:

  • You have completed an Associate degree with a focus in business, or a related discipline.
  • You possess 2+ years' professional experience in material requirement planning and dispatching.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and/or Visio
  • You should possess the ability to work autonomously and develop new solutions independently and quickly.
