Primary Responsibilities

In the role of New York/New Jersey Transportation Business Group Construction Management Lead we'll count on you to:

• Take responsibility for development, coordination, monitoring and improvement of technical competencies of staff and products to meet client needs and market drivers
• Oversee the growth and delivery of project services and deliverables to meet client expectations in the New Jersey construction services market
• Collaborate on business class efforts with company operations, marketing and management
• Develop and lead business class practice and professional discipline groups, and project teams
• Perform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or closely related field
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in transit, roadway or bridge construction
• Maintains a professional or Engineering registration and has related technical experience
• Experienced in development and management of diverse teams
• Works cooperatively with other business class directors, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts
• Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

• Local NY/NJ candidates preferred
• 25+ years experience in transit, roadway or bridge construction
