Position: Senior Solution Lead - ServiceNow Practice

Summary of Position:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Solution Lead to lead and drive our ServiceNow Practice. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in ServiceNow implementations, solution architecture, and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. As a Senior Solution Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our ServiceNow Practice, ensuring the successful implementation of cutting-edge solutions for our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Provide strategic leadership for the ServiceNow Practice, aligning solutions with business objectives and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the vision for the ServiceNow Practice.
  • Solution Architecture:
    • Architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with client requirements.
    • Oversee the design and implementation of ServiceNow applications, integrations, and workflows.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead and manage the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget execution.
    • Mentor project teams, providing guidance on ServiceNow best practices and methodologies.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Practice Development:
    • Drive the development and growth of the ServiceNow Practice, identifying new opportunities and areas for expansion.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and ServiceNow updates to ensure the Practice remains innovative and competitive.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead a team of ServiceNow professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Experience:
    • 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementations and solution architecture.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex ServiceNow projects.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and integrations.
    • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other ServiceNow applications.
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
    • Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performance ServiceNow practices.
  • Client-Focused:
    • Strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Certifications:
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
  • Work Authorization

    * Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)

    Salary and Other Compensation:

    The annual salary for this position is between $180,000-$200,000.

    This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
