The U.S Market is truly Omnichannel, with 30% of Total Category Beauty sales expected to be transacted Online by 2026, and over 70% of Shoppers already shopping via both Online and Offline channels. The Coty US Mass Division is focused on partnering with its Retail partners to deliver best-in-class Omni experiences for end-consumers, across its full brand portfolio of CoverGirl, Sally Hansen, Nautica, David Beckham, Adidas, Vera Wang, Airspun.

This role of Director Retailer.com, Mass Beauty, is a highly visible role will lead a team of 4 FTE to drive Omnichannel business planning that drives profitable share growth with "traditional" Brick & Mortar retailers, as well as with new-to-market Pureplay accounts. The successful candidate will work cross functionally with Brand, Sales, Media, and E-Commerce stakeholders to build go-to-market plans that embed digital at the heart of customer plans with perfect digital store execution, conversion focused online marketing plans and event participation to maximize Traffic, Conversion, and frequency.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a Commercial team to build & deliver innovative, Omnichannel GTM plans that drive market leading e-com retail sales growth and penetration.
  • Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Trade Marketing, Brand and Media to build Omni-Channel business plans.
  • Owning the end-to-end P&L for key Pureplay accounts such as ASOS, The Hut Group, Go Puff
  • Partnering with internal Media teams and external Media agencies to optimize the return on investment of Retail Media budgets and optimize ratio of paid versus organic sell-out.
  • Sharing e-commerce best practices and recommendations with local Market and Global colleagues.
  • Identifying and delivering incremental consumptions opportunities in partnership with key Sell-In stakeholders.
  • Partnering with the Digital Content & Experience team to ensure best-in-class Customer Experience, enabled through optimization of Digital Shelf fundamentals.
  • Partnering with internal and external function agencies to understand and KPIS and agencies used to measure e-Commerce fundamentals (UGAM / Syndigo / Bazaar Voice / etc) and reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

We'd love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

  • Deep knowledge of e-Commerce fundamentals and levers to drive Online Sales growth (Traffic, Conversion, AOV).
  • Experience in leading teams with a growth mindset
  • Highly commercial with experience owning P&L
  • Strong project management skills
  • Highly analytical with ability to influence with data|

Desirable:

  • Between 5-10 years E-Commerce experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Desired Behaviors of agility, collaboration, and bias for action.

Salary: $140,000-$160,000 + bonus
