Regional Project Lead - SuccessFactors Implementation
Your tasks

As a member of the Global SuccessFactors (SF) Project Team, you will lead the regional implementation in the AMERICAS Region covering the entire project life cycle (design, build, pilot, and rollout).

You will ensure that the project is delivered on time, on budget and with high quality.

You ensure high-level customer satisfaction through a well-coordinated project and utmost transparency across different stakeholders: Business, HR, IT, Controlling, Shared Services, Employees, etc.

In close coordination with the global project and change management team and relevant local stakeholders, you ensure delivery of project goals.

You live project management and its methods, utilizing them pragmatically and effectively combining agility with classic corporate specifications.

You support the design of the upcoming SAP SuccessFactors Suite, starting with the Global Template Development of all Talent Management modules as well as Employee Central.

You steer the localization and implementation to all subsidiaries of TUV SUD within your region.

You keep up to date with innovations and you will consult the Global HR Organization function in optimizing the processes in SAP SF.

You will build up an SF Key User Organization in your region that will form part of the Global SF Key User Organization, accompany the implementation process, strengthen the acceptance of the region, and continuously improve the SuccessFactors Suite.

Your qualifications

Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, economics, computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management specifically on SuccessFactors implementation, with a willingness to share references for projects completed in this area.

Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors best practices and how to integrate local legal regulations.

Combined knowledge and practical experience working in the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environment, understanding how they can work well together.

Solid understanding of HR Core processes, with the ability to translate process requirements into technology.

Practical experience with agile project and process models, ideally paired with relevant certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, or IPMA.

Independent and solution-oriented way of working, with a convincing and confident demeanour and a pronounced focus on quality, results, and customer satisfaction.

Strong social and communication skills, working in a collaborative manner while knowing when to apply assertiveness.

Be up to date with the latest innovations in the SAP and SuccessFactors environment, especially those that may impact the project.

Willingness to travel internationally as needed for the project (approximately 10-20%).
