RR Donnelley is growing its Life Sciences sales team!

From executing a new product launch to after-market analysis, achieving such success for our clients relies solely on the talent and expertise of our sales executives within the RR Donnelley Life Sciences platform. The Life Sciences Sales Executive will be tasked with selling the organization's products and services to support the specific needs and requirements of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies.

You will have responsibilities to develop revenue generation through DTC and HCP omni-channel, creative execution services, supply chain solutions - including commercial printing, packaging, labels, kitting and fulfillment.

You will be accountable for the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of on-going rapport with new life science customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive new and significant revenue growth by creating strategic and tactical plans to uncover and close new business opportunities for RR Donnelley's Life Sciences platform.
  • Develop and maintain an expert-level knowledge of RR Donnelley's Life Sciences strategic solutions and market differentiatorsin order todeliver products, services, and value to clients
  • Work cross-functionally to identify, implement, and execute company solutions that can add value for new and existing clients
  • Stay current on industry trends affecting existing and prospective clientsin order toprovide strategic insight to their business
  • Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets and opportunities
  • Organize and participate in discovery meetings with clients in order to identify revenue opportunities, make recommendations and determining next steps. Develops a business plan for each account.
  • Forecast accurately and maintain the system of record in Salesforce.com
  • Partners with internal resources to execute targeted deliverables within a timely manner
  • Provide extraordinary customer service throughout the entire sales process

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 5years of relevant work experience OR have completed the Sales Associate Development Program.
  • Industry experience preferred
  • An exceptional level of business acumen, motivation, competitiveness, customer-driven focus, time management and multi-tasking.
  • Able to compile, analyze and interpret results of data gathering.
  • Must be good at identifying general trends and patterns that may need to be addressed by management.
  • Clear knowledge of the selling cycle with the ability to make cold calls on a daily basis.
  • Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people when completing work assignments.
  • Desire to be a continuous learner of RRD's products & services.
  • Able to demonstrate good problem-solving skills and appropriately apply proven solutions.
  • Consistently deliver prescribed outcomes in a timely and accurate manner with appropriate guidance.
  • Able to apply general functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC or other technical tools to complete work assignments. com knowledge and usage preferred. V
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing sales
  • Demonstrated history of building relationships and networks with key stakeholders at organizations
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present to mixed audiences and varied levels

This is a 100% commissioned role with unlimited earnings potential. The minimum draw, whether non-recoverable or recoverable, is expected to be $50000+ per year. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and geographic location.
