Marketing Operations Lead - Hybrid Opportunity
A global leader in human resources, payroll & workforce management is seeking for a Marketing Operations Leader in Lowell, MA. This is a temporary and hybrid opportunity in a growing company!
Responsibilities of the Marketing Operations Lead:
- Understanding the impact of how data flows in an integrated environment
- Deep understanding of relational databases and how the pieces fit together
- Ability to glean insight from large data sets
- The ability to integrate the cross-functional needs of marketing, technology, and other areas of an organization into an effective business solution
- Gather and document business requirements for existing systems and processes as well as proposed solution changes
- Analytical skills coupled with a solid business foundation, particularly in marketing topics
- Partner with technical and non-technical internal stakeholders on their strategies and tactics to ensure programs and campaigns are successful
Requirements of the Marketing Operations Lead:
- Microsoft Access
- Advanced Excel
- 2 to 4 years' experience in database management, integrations, and reporting with a strong understanding of the challenges that marketers face from day-to-day
- SQL is preffered
- Experience in Eloqua or equivalent Marketing Automation platform is preffered
- Experience SFDC or equivalent CRM platform is preffered
