A global leader in human resources, payroll & workforce management is seeking for a Marketing Operations Leader in Lowell, MA. This is a temporary and hybrid opportunity in a growing company!
Responsibilities of the Marketing Operations Lead:
Understanding the impact of how data flows in an integrated environment
Deep understanding of relational databases and how the pieces fit together
Ability to glean insight from large data sets
The ability to integrate the cross-functional needs of marketing, technology, and other areas of an organization into an effective business solution
Gather and document business requirements for existing systems and processes as well as proposed solution changes
Analytical skills coupled with a solid business foundation, particularly in marketing topics
Partner with technical and non-technical internal stakeholders on their strategies and tactics to ensure programs and campaigns are successful
Requirements of the Marketing Operations Lead:
Microsoft Access
Advanced Excel
2 to 4 years' experience in database management, integrations, and reporting with a strong understanding of the challenges that marketers face from day-to-day
SQL is preffered
Experience in Eloqua or equivalent Marketing Automation platform is preffered
Experience SFDC or equivalent CRM platform is preffered
