EisnerAmper is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Program Manager to manage programs and play a crucial role in driving successful AI initiatives within the Firm. As a Program Manager at EisnerAmper, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our Generative AI Transformation Program. You will play a key role in ensuring that agile methodologies are scaled and adapted effectively, facilitating collaboration across teams and departments to meet the strategic objectives of the program.

The Senior Program Manager will need to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and external vendors to ensure significant initiatives are coordinated across teams and downstream and upstream impacts are thoughtfully considered. The role involves taking large amounts of information, breaking it down to be easily understood, and present it in a clear and concise manner.

Strong organization, communication, and influencing skills, along with change management, business acumen, managing multiple priorities and experience with systems implementations are vital for this role.

The role is a hybrid position and will report to the Managing Director of the Enterprise Program Management Office.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
  • Lead end-to-end project management for AI initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

  • Implement and scale agile methodologies across multiple teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Facilitate program increment planning, scrum of scrums, and other agile ceremonies.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.

  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Prepare reports outlining the project health of each project.

  • Analysis of key operating data.

  • Ensure that AI models meet business requirements and ethical standards.

  • Develop insights and actionable recommendations based on analyses.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years' work experience in program management, process improvement, and technology implementations; preferably with a focus on AI or machine learning projects.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Understanding of financial and professional services.

  • Understand AI technologies, algorithms, and their applications.

  • Understanding of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to synthesize various sets of information to bring informative insights.

  • Detail-oriented, results-driven.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.

For NYC and California, the expected salary range for this position is between

120000

and

200000

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
