The development team is a dynamic group of highly skilled, goal-focused individuals who, alongside program partners, continue to achieve fundraising success by finding creative and unique ways to inspire support across the organization. At this momentous time in 92NY's history, the scope and volume of the Development Department's work continues to expand exponentially, making it imperative to continue growing the team's staff resources such as with this new role.
The Development Officer (Mid-Level Giving), will manage and grow a portfolio of 92NY supporters giving between $500 and $2,499 annually. This position will play an essential role in building a loyal donor base through strategic communication, high-quality support, and excellent stewardship of the mid-level donor cohort. The ideal candidate is friendly, thoughtful, and detail-oriented with previous experience working on a fundraising team and superior customer service skills.
The Development Officer (Mid-Level Giving), will report to the Director, Major Gifts and Special Projects and work collaboratively with the Major Gifts team and Direct Mail and Digital Giving team.
40 hours/week; Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
This position is approved to utilize a hybrid working model which is subject to change in the future.

Compensation Range
$65,000-75,000
The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
