Resource Management Coordinator

FULL-TIME Opportunity

Located in Mt Vernon, NY

We're hiring a Resource Management Coordinator on our Special Operations Team that is responsible for ensuring that all clinical, operational, and administrative equipment and devices are accounted for and prepared for deployment and patient care. CrowdRx and their partners rely on the ability for lifesaving equipment to be deployed rapidly from a ready state in one of our caches across the country. The Resource Management Coordinator works regularly with the Senior Coordinator, Special Operations to ensure that all assets and equipment are prepared for duty. In addition to physical assets, this coordinator is also responsible for ensuring that dispatch and tracking software are properly supported to track and manage field resources both on standby and on deployment. This person regularly participates in tasks directly related to serving the needs of active and future contracts, supply management, and various other assignments that must be completed simultaneously. In addition to fixed locations and venues, this coordinator is expected to travel with the festival and mobile response teams as a part of the on-site logistics team.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate, update, and monitor the digital and physical tracking of assets.
  • Track equipment and supplies usage and data analytics, and reorder as needed.
  • Requisition supplies/equipment for replacement.
  • Compile and package equipment and supplies for shipment and/or delivery.
  • Receive supplies and equipment and reintegrate into circulation.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on incident management software and best practices.
  • Conduct or coordinate preventive maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
  • Ensure the proper storage and handlinding of sensitive materials including upkeep fo SDS and MSDS documentatino as required by law.
  • Inform manager of breakdowns and cause of equipment failure for repair and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate IT needs with regional FST and management for implementation of new equipment and maintenance of existing systems and processes.
  • Serve as point of contact for GMR and CrowdRx vendors and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate travel, lodging and deployment of staff as needed to support remote projects.
  • Tracka and submit expenses and contractor invoices as related to assigned projects.
  • Reconcile event billing as needed to assist the Senior Coordinator of Special Operations for major events.
  • Submit vendor and subcontractor invoices and PO's for approval and payment in timely manner.
  • Reallocate equipment and supplies across numerous fixed and temporary sites as needed to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Respond to phone inquiries from crews and Operations department to help facilitate coordination.
  • Conduct self in a professional manner in accordance with the Company's 'Standrds of Conduct' policy.
  • Travel to company operated venues and sites to assist local operations with implementation of new systems, equipment, and training initiatives.
  • Coordinate the transport, scheduling and operation of the Rampart system and associated assets.
  • Track and maintain all field assets including Rampart sysytem assets and machinery.
  • Travel, as needed, to support Logistics team at large-scale operations.
  • Complete all required/assigned Company training.
  • Adhere to and comply with all Company and information security systems and policies and procedures.
  • Maintain or secure any required certifications as dictated by company policy or applicable safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age; some experience in the industry preferred.
  • College diploma equivalent.
  • Microsoft Office/Google Suite knowledge.
  • Ability to work under time constraints and in adverse conditions.
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Valid State Drivers License.
  • State or National EMT certification preferred.
