Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Technical Account Manager / Technical Integrations Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient technical integrations with our digital advertising ecosystem partners. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and sales teams, to drive integration projects forward and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising technologies, strong communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for our digital advertising ecosystem partners, including SSPs, DSPs, and data providers.

  • Manage the end-to-end integration process, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to implementation and post-launch support.

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to define integration requirements and priorities.

  • Conduct technical assessments of partner capabilities and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to partners throughout the integration process, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.

  • Proactively monitor integration performance and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize revenue and operational efficiency.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in digital advertising to inform integration strategies and best practices.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices to support internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in technical account management, integration consulting, or a similar role in the digital advertising industry.

  • Deep understanding of digital advertising technologies, including ad serving platforms, programmatic advertising, SSPs, DSPs, and data management platforms.

  • Strong technical proficiency with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, APIs), ad tech protocols (OpenRTB, VAST, VPAID), and data formats (JSON, XML).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Pay Range

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000

The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith's total compensation package for employees.
